From the tea and coffee facilities to the in-room safe and air conditioning, this hotel truly prioritizes the comfort of its guests. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy during my stay.

Had wonderful 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. Booked a family room with a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a writing table.

It was a very good stay for the holidays, loved it. The breakfast was freshly prepared and there was lots of outstanding food. The staff was helpful and attentive, everything was perfect. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the coffee bar.

We loved how clean and upscale this hotel was at a great price. The location was perfect for us since it was in the heart of the city with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Parking was available, and we also appreciated being close to the train station for transportation. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious American-style breakfast at a nearby diner, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to First Baptist Church.

I have stayed here before now, it's still a quiet hotel. I liked the polite staff in the nice venue's foyer.

The hotel is in need of updating and repairs. the rooms are worn and tired, with issues like peeling paint and worn-off headboard material.

We loved this place! It was awesome being able to walk to all the great restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was super comfy and we slept great. The staff was really nice and even gave us free makeup remover wipes. We also appreciated the shuttle service and the delicious breakfast.

The staff at Hyatt Regency went above and beyond to accommodate my requests after my original room was not satisfactory. They moved me to a nicer room on the top floor with working blinds, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Morristown for a weekend getaway. Doug at the reception desk went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He upgraded us to a suite with a stunning view and even allowed us to choose between a city or mountain view. We also requested a late check out, which Doug gladly accommodated. He truly made us feel valued as guests and we wish every hotel receptionist was as exceptional as him. The bed was comfy and the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency. The modern furnishings and cleanliness of the room were impressive. The easy parking and proximity to MayoPAC and restaurants were a bonus. The room had nice light and views, and the blackout shades ensured a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel.
